Item Description
This is General Motor's most popular transmission. There were many design problems with 1982-85 models. We rebuild only core units from model years 86' and 93'. Customers with vehicles from the years 82-85' will benefit from having the updated versions in there vehicles.
Please keep in mind that the 700r4/4L60 is not the same as a 4l60E unit when ordering. Special modifications, valve bodies, hard parts, and all of the various updates are available for these units.
Rebuilt units come with a 6 month warranties and do not include torque converter(Must be purchased additionally in drop-down menu). Please contact us with your particular application before ordering this item if you are unsure of what to order. Please include year, vehicle model, and engine size when you order. All units are custom built and there are no returns or exchanges. Warranty period starts from date of delivery. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
