Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please contact us at sales@ihcautosports.com for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 14 calendar days of the receipt of the product. Used items or other customized products may not be returned for refund under any circumstances unless the product simply does not work. Engines, transmissions, and rear end assemblies and components may be returned on an exchange or for store credit. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened in the original box, Unlimited Possibilities, LTD will offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. You must return the product to Unlimited Possibilities within 14 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product(s). Unlimited Possibilities will assess a 15% restocking fee on any opened hardware or accessory.
Please note that Unlimited Possibilities does not permit the return of or offer refunds/exchanges for the following products:
• Products that have been custom modified to your specifications.
• Opened electronic components( fuel injectors, mafs, solenoids, switches, etc)
• Please keep in mind that all power train assemblies & components refurbished by Unlimited Possibilities are re-manufactured to OEM specifications (unless otherwise stated) and are guaranteed to work when subjected to normal usage. Warranty does not cover breakage, shearing, cracks, or internal damages due to neglect or misuse from not using specified lubricants, in-accurate engine tuning, improperly adjusted shift linkages, over heating, over boosting an engine, drag racing, drift racing, or any other vehicular sporting event. All items will be inspected before issuance of exchange or store credit. Warranty null & void if components are not installed by a professional service center. Customer will be required to supply verification of such at time of warranty claim.
Some Parts are intended for Off-Road Use ONLY. And never to be used on public Highways.
All sales on used items are final. All parts/services are subject to price changes and availability. Any returns accepted are subjected to a 15% restocking Fee. No Cancellations or returns on Special Order Parts. "Special Order Parts" refers to any part that is not in-stock at Unlimited Possibilities, LTD or is an custom item. All part information is correct as far as Unlimited Possibilities, LTD knows and any errors will be changed upon notification.
Please note that Unlimited Possibilities, LTD. will only ship to the "VERIFIED" billing address of a PayPal account. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This is only in place to protect ourselves and the consumer from any type of fraud.
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
All orders are processed within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours, unless the part is Special Order or on back-order. Transmissions and engines are rebuilt,tested and shiped within 2-5 business days from date of order. If a part is Special Order or placed on back-order the customer will be notified VIA e-mail and the part will be shipped as soon as it is received by Unlimited Possibilities, LTD or when the item is taken off back order. Most orders are received by the customer with in 2-5 business days, depending on location. Most orders will be shipped via UPS ground, FEDEX, Freight, or United States Parcel Service depending on the size of item(s) shipped. Our automatic shipping calculator is set up in real time for UPS, but items may be sent out by one of our three preferred carriers. After you complete your order you may check the status of your item whether it has been shipped, delayed, or on back order. We do not list anything for sale that is not physically present at our shop, however in the rare event an item is sold before it has been marked as unorderable and/or out of stock we'll contact you and give you the option to wait for shipment or we will simply refund your order in full.We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer on our product line or if item is on an extremely long backorder.

Unlimited Possibilities, LTD makes no warranties of merchantability, of fitness for a particular purpose or that its products are improved for general use, or that its products comply with laws, regulations, or ordinance in the states where they may be sold to the ultimate purchaser, the consumer. In this connection, the retail purchaser, the buyer, the ultimate consumer assumes the burden of the entire cost of any and all necessary service, alterations or repairs.
